Draper Utah Real Estate proved that last month’s home sale had improved in the market. There were 46 homes sold in Draper this time. Year over year change of sale went up 39.13 percent  from 28 sold homes of February last year. Likewise, monthly change of sale increased 21.74 percent from 36 sold homes of January this year.

The median sold price decreased 10.08 percent from $250,155  to $224,950. It’s still a buyer’s market in Draper Utah Homes due to 7.36 months of inventory. Home sales have been for 74 median days on market.

Currently, there are 265 actively listed homes for sale in Draper Utah of which  96 under contract properties in the market.

Draper Utah Real Estate revealed some new home sale numbers in the market last month. According to MLS record, there were 49 homes sold in Draper Real Estate market. Year over year change of sale increased 12.24 percent from 43 sold homes of September last year. Monthly change of sale slightly decreased 10.91 percent from 55 sold homes of August 2011.

 

Home sales had median sold price of $265,000. It went down 32.91 percent from $395,000 of September last year. Sold properties have been for 78 median days on market. Draper UT Homes  had a balance market due to 6.18 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 340 actively listed homes for sale in Draper Utah of which 73 are under contract properties in the market.

Last month’s home sales in Draper Real Estate didn’t show any increase for both monthly and yearly change of sales. There have been a total of 41 sold homes in Draper. Year over year change of sale dropped 16.33 percent from 49 sold homes of July last year. Likewise, its monthly change of sale went down 18 percent from 50 sold homes of June 2011.

This time, a huge percentage drop on its median sold price from $380,000 to $274,000 was also noted. Home sales have been for 109 median days on market. Draper Utah Homes gained a balance market since it had 7 months of inventory.

So far, there are 78 under contract homes in the market. It dropped from 87 under contract properties last month.

Finally, there are 350 actively listed homes for sale in Draper Utah.

Draper Real Estate had low home sale numbers during its first quarter of 2011. Home sale numbers revealed that 107 homes have been sold out of which drawn new home sale curves in Draper. Such home sale comparisons can be viewed below.

  • Home sales went down 17.05 percent from 129 sold homes of Q1 2010.
  • Also, it dropped 14.4 percent from 125 sold homes of the last quarter last year.
  • The median sold price reached $295,000 with 94 median cumulative days on market. Draper Utah Homes had an average sold price of $327,144 with 135 average cumulative days on market.
  • Draper Utah Real Estate‘s highest selling price of sold property was at $999,900 while the lowest price property was sold out at $100,000.

It seems that home sales in Draper Utah Real Estate went down during last month. With a total of 28 homes that have been sold out, yearly change of sale still went down 40.43 percent from 47 sold homes of February 2010. In terms of monthly change of sale, it slightly rose 25 percent from 21 sold homes of January 2011.

Home selling and buying have been for 83 median days on market. Draper Utah Real Estate got 15.05 months of inventory. There was a seller’s market again in Draper.

The median sold price highly dropped 35.36 percent to $250,155 from $386,998.51 of February 2010.

As of the moment, there are 316 actively listed homes for sale in Draper Utah of which 42 properties are under contract in the market.

Draper Utah Homes showed some declining home sale numbers in the market during the third quarter this current year. Many changes have been made due to the decreasing sales in the Utah real estate market. These home sale numbers can be viewed below:

  • Around 150 sold homes have been recorded in the market.
  • With these total numbers of sold homes, it drawn certain numbers such as a decrease of 25.74 percent from 202 sold properties during Q3 last year.

Around 39 home have been considered as sold according to Draper Utah Real Estate Multiple Listing Services. Yearly and month sale comparison both drifted down in the market. For year over year change of sales, it went down 45.83 percent from 72 sold homes of August 2009 while monthly sales decreased 20.41 percent from 49 sold homes during July 2010.

Home selling and buying have been for 103 median days on market and it gained a 8.43 months of inventory. These home sales brought a median sold price of $369,000 of which went down 4.31 percent from $385,633 of August 2009 in Draper Utah Homes for Sale.

As of now, around  413 residential homes for sale in Draper Utah as recorded of which 78 went under contract properties in the market.

The home sales made by Draper Utah Real Estate has shown some low and high end numbers during Q2 2010. Around 200 sold homes were made during the 2nd quarter of the current year of which higher by nearly 55 percent from 129 sold homes of Q1 2010 but slightly decreased 3.8 percent compared to 208 sold homes made during the Q2 of the previous year.

The median price for these sold homes of Q2 2010 went down to $310,500 from$336,900 of Q1 this year as well as drifted down from $326,000 of Q2 2009. On the other hand, the average sold price went up to $359,987  from $353,103 of Q2 2009 and garnered an average CDOM of 121. Draper Utah Homes is still on its way of recovering and developing in the real estate market. The effect of the just ended tax credit somehow raised the numbers of market sales this year.
