Draper Real Estate revealed new home sale numbers in the market last month. There were 33 homes sold in the market. Year over year change of sale went down 10.81 percent from 37 sold homes of November last year. Likewise, monthly change of sale decreased 21.43 percent from 42 sold homes of October 2011.

Home sales had a median sold price of $310,000 of which increased 3.23 percent from $300,000 of November last year. Sold properties have been for 99 median days on market. There’s a sellers market in Draper Utah Homes due to 7.07 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 297 actively listed homes for sale in Draper Utah of which 78 under contract properties in the market.

September 2011 Home Sales: Draper’s Number in the Market!

Draper Utah Real Estate revealed some new home sale numbers in the market last month. According to MLS record, there were 49 homes sold in Draper Real Estate market. Year over year change of sale increased 12.24 percent from 43 sold homes of September last year. Monthly change of sale slightly decreased 10.91 percent from 55 sold homes of August 2011.

Home sales had median sold price of $265,000. It went down 32.91 percent from $395,000 of September last year. Sold properties have been for 78 median days on market. Draper UT Homes had a balance market due to 6.18 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 340 actively listed homes for sale in Draper Utah of which 73 are under contract properties in the market.

There have been new home sale curves in Draper Utah Real Estate last month. Home sales are still down in terms of monthly and yearly change of sales in the market. With a total of 42 sold homes, yearly change of sale dropped 27.59 percent from 58 sold homes of May last year. Its monthly change of sale decreased 14.29 percent.

Home selling and buying have been so tough yet it gained a new median sold price of $316,062.5 of which increased 5.57 percent from $298,450 of May 2010. Draper Utah Homes sales have been for 61 median days on market. There was a balance market in Draper Utah Real Estate since it got 6.86 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 336 actively listed homes for sale in Draper Utah of which 90 properties are under contract in the market.

Draper Home Sales: Numbers up during March 2011!

Last month’s home sales marked some good numbers in Draper Utah Real Estate. As noted, 51 homes have been sold out of which drawn new curves in the real estate market. Although there was no change of sale in terms of yearly level comparisons, monthly change went up 45.10 percent from 28 sold homes of February 2011.

These home sales also brought new original list price of $359,900 and have been for 100 median days on market. The median sold price went down a percent from $326,500 to $329,107.59 of March 2010.

It’s still a buyer’s market in Draper Utah Homes since it got 10.89 months of inventory.

So far, there are 305 actively listed homes for sale in Draper Utah of which 87 properties are under contract.

Draper Home Sales: Numbers during February 2011!

It seems that home sales in Draper Utah Real Estate went down during last month. With a total of 28 homes that have been sold out, yearly change of sale still went down 40.43 percent from 47 sold homes of February 2010. In terms of monthly change of sale, it slightly rose 25 percent from 21 sold homes of January 2011.

Home selling and buying have been for 83 median days on market. Draper Utah Real Estate got 15.05 months of inventory. There was a seller’s market again in Draper.

The median sold price highly dropped 35.36 percent to $250,155 from $386,998.51 of February 2010.

As of the moment, there are 316 actively listed homes for sale in Draper Utah of which 42 properties are under contract in the market.

Draper’s 4th Quarter 2010 Home Sales: Numbers went down in the market!

The last quarter of 2010 did not bring any improvements in the number of sold homes in Draper Utah Real Estate. Statistics shows that it had only sold out 125 sold homes during Q4 2010. The home sales brought several changes in the market curve. Home sale comparisons went out of which a decrease of 16.67 percent from 150 sold of homes of Q3 2010 were noted in Draper Utah Houses. Last quarter’s home sales also dropped 26.90 percent from 171 sold properties of Q4 2009.

The median sold price $138,062 with 76 median CDOM. Average sold price reached $139,279 with 123 average CDOM. The highest price sold house was at $950,000 while the lowest price house was sold at $133,000 in Draper Ut Real Estate.

Home Sale Numbers of Draper went down during January 2011!

The number of sold homes in Draper Utah Real Estate seemed not so good last month. Nearly 21 homes have been sold out in the market. Yearly change of sale dropped 22.22 percent from 27 sold homes of January last year. Monthly change of sale went down 46.15 percent from 39 sold properties of December 2010.

Draper Utah Homes had median sold price of $310,000 of which went down 33.13 from $463,597.41 of January 2010. Home sales have been for 89 median days on market while it gained 7.44 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 290 actively listed homes for sale in Draper Utah of which 41 properties are under contract in the market this time.

Number of Sold Homes in Draper during December 2010!

Home sales in Draper Utah Real Estate showed off some low and high numbers in the market during December 2010. There was slight increase in the monthly change of sale and a big decrease in terms of yearly sale level. With a total of 39 sold homes, yearly change of sale dropped nearly 31.58 percent from 57 sold homes of December 2009. Monthly change of sale climbed up 5.13 percent from 37 sold homes of November 2009.

This time, median sold price dropped 10.47 percent to $320,000 from $357,411.75 of December 2009. Draper Utah Real Estate sales have been for 95 median days on market. Months of inventory reached 7.95 in the market.

So far, there are 294 active listings of homes for sale in Draper Utah of which 35 properties are under contract in the market.

Home Sale Numbers in Draper during November 2010!

It seemed that yearly sale level dropped in Draper Utah Real Estate during November 2010. With only 37 homes that have been sold out, year over year change of sales went down 35.09 percent from 57 sold homes of November 2009. In terms of monthly change of sales, it went up 8.11 percent from 34 sold homes of October 2010.

Home sales have been for 114 median days on market. There was 9.68 months of inventory noted. Median sold price went down 2.87 percent to $300,000 from $308,848.91 of November 2009.

Currently, there are 329 actively listed homes for sale in Draper Utah of which 32 under contract properties listed in the market.

Home Sales For September 2010 in Draper: Viewing its numbers!

Here are the numbers drawn by the home sales of Draper Utah Real Estate during September 2010.

Forty- three Utah houses have been considered as sold out in the market. That’s higher by 4 more sold homes compared to August 2010 home sales but lower by 10 more sold homes made during September last year.
Year over year change of sales dropped 18.87 percent while its monthly change of sales gained 9.30 percent.

Draper Utah Homes Sales have been for 77 median days on market while it has 9.41 months of inventory.
The median sold price reached $395,000 of which up 14.14 percent from $339,143.36 of September 2009.

More challenges have been put for Draper Utah Homes For Sale as home selling and buying are getting tougher every month passes by in the real estate market.
