There have been new home sale curves in Draper Utah Real Estate last month. Home sales are still down in terms of monthly and yearly change of sales in the market. With a total of 42 sold homes, yearly change of sale dropped 27.59 percent from 58 sold homes of May last year. Its monthly change of sale decreased 14.29 percent.
Home selling and buying have been so tough yet it gained a new median sold price of $316,062.5 of which increased 5.57 percent from $298,450 of May 2010. Draper Utah Homes sales have been for 61 median days on market. There was a balance market in Draper Utah Real Estate since it got 6.86 months of inventory.
Currently, there are 336 actively listed homes for sale in Draper Utah of which 90 properties are under contract in the market.

Home sales seem so down for both monthly and yearly change of sale in Draper Utah Real Estate last month. These can be attributed from its 49 total sold homes in the market. Year over year change of sale still dropped 22.22 percent from 63 sold homes of April last year. In terms of monthly change of sale, it went down 3.92 percent from 51 sold homes of March this year.
Properties for sale in Draper Utah Real Estate have been for 88 median days on market. Draper got a balance market since it had 6.61 months of inventory. The median sold price was $335,000 of which increased 7.16 percent from $311,000 of April 2010.
Recently, there are 337 actively listed Draper Utah Homes for sale of which 85 are under contract properties in the market.

Last month’s home sales marked some good numbers in Draper Utah Real Estate. As noted, 51 homes have been sold out of which drawn new curves in the real estate market. Although there was no change of sale in terms of yearly level comparisons, monthly change went up 45.10 percent from 28 sold homes of February 2011.
These home sales also brought new original list price of $359,900 and have been for 100 median days on market. The median sold price went down a percent from $326,500 to $329,107.59 of March 2010.
It’s still a buyer’s market in Draper Utah Homes since it got 10.89 months of inventory.
So far, there are 305 actively listed homes for sale in Draper Utah of which 87 properties are under contract.

The home sales made by Draper Utah Real Estate has shown some low and high end numbers during Q2 2010. Around 200 sold homes were made during the 2nd quarter of the current year of which higher by nearly 55 percent from 129 sold homes of Q1 2010 but slightly decreased 3.8 percent compared to 208 sold homes made during the Q2 of the previous year.
The median price for these sold homes of Q2 2010 went down to $310,500 from$336,900 of Q1 this year as well as drifted down from $326,000 of Q2 2009. On the other hand, the average sold price went up to $359,987 from $353,103 of Q2 2009 and garnered an average CDOM of 121. Draper Utah Homes is still on its way of recovering and developing in the real estate market. The effect of the just ended tax credit somehow raised the numbers of market sales this year.

Although there was an increase in the month sales but its year over over change fell down to 9.23 %.
The median sold price during April’s sales went down to $311000 from $329107.59 of March 2010 and from $339888.15 of April last year. As of the moment, there are 398 actively listed properties of which 128 went under contract in the market.

A year over year change was very down for the month of March in Draper Real Estate. A decrease of 16.39 percent or 51 homes were sold a month ago which is lower compared to 61 sold homes of March 2009 sales in the market.
The median sold price was down to $329107.59 from $350222.77 of March 2009. Although it had a decreased on its year over year change, but its monthly sales was up 5.8 percent and giving off 4 more homes sold compared to February’s home sale numbers.
