Around 200 sold homes were made during the 2nd quarter of the current year of which higher by nearly 55 percent from 129 sold homes of Q1 2010 but slightly decreased 3.8 percent compared to 208 sold homes made during the Q2 of the previous year.
The median price for these sold homes of Q2 2010 went down to $310,500 from$336,900 of Q1 this year as well as drifted down from $326,000 of Q2 2009. On the other hand, the average sold price went up to $359,987 from $353,103 of Q2 2009 and garnered an average CDOM of 121. Draper Utah Homes is still on its way of recovering and developing in the real estate market. The effect of the just ended tax credit somehow raised the numbers of market sales this year.
