Draper Utah Homes declined on the number of sold homes last month. Its market seemed to have low numbers on the yearly and monthly change of sales.

With a total of 34 sold homes, year over year change of sales drifted down 39.29 percent from 56 sold properties of October 2009. Monthly change of sales went down 20.93 percent from 43 sold homes during September 2010.

Last month’s median sold price reached $331,250 of which dropped 7.26 percent from $357,196.73 of October 2009. Home sales have been for 92 median days in Draper Real Estate. Its months of inventory went down to 8.23 from 9.41.

As of the moment, there are 354 active listings of homes for sale in Draper Utah of which 33 went under contract properties in the market.

Draper Utah Homes showed some declining home sale numbers in the market during the third quarter this current year. Many changes have been made due to the decreasing sales in the Utah real estate market. These home sale numbers can be viewed below:

  • Around 150 sold homes have been recorded in the market.
  • With these total numbers of sold homes, it drawn certain numbers such as a decrease of 25.74 percent from 202 sold properties during Q3 last year.
  • There was a decline of about 25 percent from 200 homes that have been sold out during the second quarter of 2010.

  • The highest price house reached to $1,350,000 while the lowest price home has an amount of s147,500.

Draper Utah Real Estate did not outnumber the sales of July 2010 instead it had dropped 10 more sold homes last month. Around 39 home have been considered as sold according to Draper Utah Real Estate Multiple Listing Services. Yearly and month sale comparison both drifted down in the market. For year over year change of sales, it went down 45.83 percent from 72 sold homes of August 2009 while monthly sales decreased 20.41 percent from 49 sold homes during July 2010.

Home selling and buying have been for 103 median days on market and it gained a 8.43 months of inventory. These home sales brought a median sold price of $369,000 of which went down 4.31 percent from $385,633 of August 2009 in Draper Utah Homes for Sale.

As of now, around  413 residential homes for sale in Draper Utah as recorded of which 78 went under contract properties in the market.

The home sales made by Draper Utah Real Estate has shown some low and high end numbers during Q2 2010. Around 200 sold homes were made during the 2nd quarter of the current year of which higher by nearly 55 percent from 129 sold homes of Q1 2010 but slightly decreased 3.8 percent compared to 208 sold homes made during the Q2 of the previous year.

The median price for these sold homes of Q2 2010 went down to $310,500 from$336,900 of Q1 this year as well as drifted down from $326,000 of Q2 2009. On the other hand, the average sold price went up to $359,987  from $353,103 of Q2 2009 and garnered an average CDOM of 121. Draper Utah Homes is still on its way of recovering and developing in the real estate market. The effect of the just ended tax credit somehow raised the numbers of market sales this year.

It’s another good month for Draper Utah Homes as its sales went up in month level last June 2010. Draper Utah Real Estate sold out 62 homes in the market last month of which rose 6.45 percent from 58 homes sold last May 2010. Yearly sales level went down 13.89 percent from 72 sold homes of June last year.


Draper Utah Homes for Sale slightly dropped 5.39 percent on its median sold price to $324500 from $342,993.47 of June last year with 76 median days of homes for sale on market. A 6.52 months of inventory was noted in Draper Utah Homes.

As of now, around 404 actively listed residential homes for sale are there in Draper Ut Real Estate of which 100 went under contract properties this month.

May 2010 home sales was a little bit far from previous year’s number of sold homes. There was a decreased of 15.94 percent based on its year over year change of sales of which 58 homes were sold during May this year and lower compared to May last year. In Draper Ut Homes, record of home sales shows that around 69 homes were sold during May last year which is a little bit higher compared to sales last month.

The monthly change of sales in Draper Real Estate drifted down to nearly 8 percent this year. The median sold price went down to $298450 from $368293.88 of May last year and from $311000 of April this year.

A months of inventory went down to 6.92 from 7.86 last month. The number of actively listed properties present in Draper Utah Homes for Sale went up to 402 but the number of under contract properties submerged to only 102 from 108 of April this year.

Although there was a slight decreased on the home sales last month, it’s not yet over as home selling and home buying still continues to slice an up and down numbers in the market.

The first 3- month sale in Draper Real Estate showed some good numbers in the market this year. As noted, there was an increased of 9% in the first quarter of 2010 when compared last Q1 of 2009. Around 129 homes were sold during Q1 of 2010 which was higher by 11 more homes sold compared to Q1 of 2009 homes sales.

The median sold price went up to $336,900 from $332,050 of Q1 last year. When it comes to average price, it drifted also to $377,253 from $374,678.

Rates of mortgages changes may t be low or down as time passes by. Currently, the 30-year mortgage rate this week notched up to 4.99% but have never reached 5% or over according to a report from Freddie Mac. . Although it’s behind 5%, it is higher compared from previous week’s 4.96 percent and previous year’s 4.85% digits.

Other fixed loans also rocketed up in small numbers like a 15-year fixed loans which up to 4.34 percent from 4.33 percent a week ago. When it comes to five-year adjustable-rate mortgages, it averaged up to 4.14 percent from previous week’s 4.09 percent rate. One-year ARM’s were up to 4.20 from 4.12 percent a week earlier in the market.
