Draper Utah Real Estate revealed some high and low numbers on its home sales for the month of October 2011. This can be attributed from its 42 sold homes in the market. Yearly change of sale went up 19.05 percent from 34 sold homes of October last year. On the other hand, monthly change of sale went down 14.29 percent from 49 sold homes of September 2011.

In terms of median sold price, numbers dropped 17.13 percent from $331,250 to $274,500 of October 2011. Home sales have been for 87 median days on market  and there was a balance market in Draper UT Homes for Sale due to 6.49 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 318 actively listed Draper Homes in Utah of which 80 are under contract properties in the market.

Home sales in Draper Utah Real Estate have high and low marks in terms of changes of sale last month. A total of 50 homes have been sold out in the market. Its year over year change of sale went down 19.35 percent from 62 sold homes of June last year. On the other hand, monthly change of sale went up 16 percent from 42 sold homes of May 2011.

Draper Real Estate gained a median sold price of $323,500 of which dropped nearly half a percent from $324,500 of June 2010. Home sales have been for 49 median days on market. It’s been a buyers market since it got 8.29 months of inventory.

Currently, there have been 348 actively listed homes for sale in Draper Utah of which 87 properties are under contract.

Home sales seem so down for both monthly and yearly change of sale in Draper Utah Real Estate last month. These can be attributed from its 49 total sold homes in the market. Year over year change of sale still dropped 22.22 percent from 63 sold homes of April last year.   • Also, it dropped 14.4 percent from 125 sold homes of the last quarter last year.
  • The median sold price reached $295,000 with 94 median cumulative days on market. Draper Utah Homes had an average sold price of $327,144 with 135 average cumulative days on market.
  • Draper Utah Real Estate‘s highest selling price of sold property was at $999,900 while the lowest price property was sold out at $100,000.

It seems that home sales in Draper Utah Real Estate went down during last month. With a total of 28 homes that have been sold out, yearly change of sale still went down 40.43 percent from 47 sold homes of February 2010. In terms of monthly change of sale, it slightly rose 25 percent from 21 sold homes of January 2011.

Home selling and buying have been for 83 median days on market. Draper Utah Real Estate got 15.05 months of inventory. There was a seller’s market again in Draper.

The median sold price highly dropped 35.36 percent to $250,155 from $386,998.51 of February 2010.

As of the moment, there are 316 actively listed homes for sale in Draper Utah of which 42 properties are under contract in the market.

The last quarter of 2010 did not bring any improvements in the number of sold homes in Draper Utah Real Estate. Statistics shows that it had only sold out 125 sold homes during Q4 2010. The home sales brought several changes in the market curve. Home sale comparisons went out of which a decrease of 16.67 percent from 150 sold of homes of Q3 2010 were noted in Draper Utah Houses. Last quarter’s home sales also dropped 26.90 percent from 171 sold properties of Q4 2009.

The median sold price $138,062 with 76 median CDOM. Average sold price reached $139,279 with 123 average CDOM. The highest price sold house was at $950,000 while the lowest price house was sold at $133,000 in Draper Ut Real Estate.

The number of sold homes in Draper Utah Real Estate seemed not so good last month. Nearly 21 homes have been sold out in the market. Yearly change of sale dropped 22.22 percent from 27 sold homes of January last year. Monthly change of sale went down 46.15 percent from 39 sold properties of December 2010.

Draper Utah Homes had median sold price of $310,000 of which went down 33.13 from $463,597.41 of January 2010. Home sales have been for 89 median days on market while it gained 7.44 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 290 actively listed homes for sale in Draper Utah of which 41 properties are under contract in the market this time.

Home sales in Draper Utah Real Estate showed off some low and high numbers in the market during December 2010. There was slight increase in the monthly change of sale and a big decrease in terms of yearly sale level. With a total of 39 sold homes, yearly change of sale dropped nearly 31.58 percent from 57 sold homes of December 2009. Monthly change of sale climbed up 5.13 percent from 37 sold homes of November 2009.

This time,  median sold price dropped 10.47 percent to $320,000 from $357,411.75 of December 2009. Draper Utah Real Estate sales have been for 95 median days on market. Months of inventory reached 7.95 in the market.

So far, there are 294 active listings of homes for sale in Draper Utah of which 35 properties are under contract in the market.

It seemed that yearly sale level dropped in Draper Utah Real Estate during November 2010. With only 37 homes that have been sold out, year over year change of sales went down 35.09 percent from 57 sold homes of November 2009. In terms of monthly change of sales, it went up 8.11 percent from 34 sold homes of October 2010.

Home sales have been for 114 median days on market. There was 9.68 months of inventory noted. Median sold price went down 2.87 percent to $300,000 from $308,848.91 of November 2009.

Currently, there are 329 actively listed homes for sale in Draper Utah of which 32 under contract properties listed in the market.

Draper Utah Homes declined on the number of sold homes last month. Its market seemed to have low numbers on the yearly and monthly change of sales.

With a total of 34 sold homes, year over year change of sales drifted down 39.29 percent from 56 sold properties of October 2009. Monthly change of sales went down 20.93 percent from 43 sold homes during September 2010.

Last month’s median sold price reached $331,250 of which dropped 7.26 percent from $357,196.73 of October 2009. Home sales have been for 92 median days in Draper Real Estate. Its months of inventory went down to 8.23 from 9.41.

As of the moment, there are 354 active listings of homes for sale in Draper Utah of which 33 went under contract properties in the market.
