Home selling and buying in Draper Utah Real Estate showed off new home sale curves in the market last month. There were 46 home sold. Year over year change of sale went down 6.21 percent from 49 sold homes of April 2011. Monthly change of sale slightly increased 4.35 percent from 44 sold homes of March 2012.

The median sold price dropped 5.85 percent from $335,000 to $315,400. Home sales have been for 110 median days on market. There’s a balance market in Draper due to 5.64 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 248 actively listed homes for sale in Draper of which 114 are under contract in the market.

According to MLS, there were a total of 46 homes sold in the Draper Utah Real Estate market last month. It’s year over year change of sale went down 6.12 percent from 51 homes sold during March last year. This time, monthly change of sale drifted up 4.35 percent from 44 sold homes of February 2012.

Home sales have been for 110 median days on market. The median sold price reached $315,400 of which dropped 5.85 percent from $326,500. There’s a balance market in Draper Utah Homes due to 5.85 months of inventory.

Year over year change of sale went up 39.13 percent from 28 sold homes of February last year. Likewise, monthly change of sale increased 21.74 percent from 36 sold homes of January this year.

The median sold price decreased 10.08 percent from $250,155 to $224,950. It’s still a buyer’s market in Draper Utah Homes due to 7.36 months of inventory. Home sales have been for 74 median days on market.

Year over year change of sale went up 9.30 percent from 39 sold homes of December 2010. Likewise, monthly change of sale went up 23.26 percent from 33 sold homes of November 2011.

The median sold price reached $290,000 of which dropped 9.38 percent from $320000 of December 2010. Home sales have been for 92 median days on market. It’s a buyers market in Draper Utah Real Estate due to 8.15 months of inventory.

So far, there are 269 actively listed homes for sale in Draper Utah of which 77 are under contract properties.

Year over year change of sale went down 10.81 percent from 37 sold homes of November last year. Likewise, monthly change of sale decreased 21.43 percent from 42 sold homes of October 2011.

Yearly change of sale went up 19.05 percent from 34 sold homes of October last year. On the other hand, monthly change of sale went down 14.29 percent from 49 sold homes of September 2011.

In terms of median sold price, numbers dropped 17.13 percent from $331,250 to $274,500 of October 2011. Home sales have been for 87 median days on market and there was a balance market in Draper UT Homes for Sale due to 6.49 months of inventory.

Draper Utah Real Estate revealed some new home sale numbers in the market last month. According to MLS record, there were 49 homes sold in Draper Real Estate market. Year over year change of sale increased 12.24 percent from 43 sold homes of September last year. Monthly change of sale slightly decreased 10.91 percent from 55 sold homes of August 2011.

Home sales had median sold price of $265,000. It went down 32.91 percent from $395,000 of September last year. Sold properties have been for 78 median days on market. Draper UT Homes had a balance market due to 6.18 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 340 actively listed homes for sale in Draper Utah of which 73 are under contract properties in the market.

Home Sales in Draper still improving in August 2011!

Last month’s home sales showed off good numbers in Draper Utah Real Estate market. According to MLS, there were 55 homes sold during August 2011. Year over year change of sale went up 29.09 percent from 39 sold homes of August last year. Monthly change of sale increased 25.45 percent from 41 sold homes of July 2011.

Home sales in Draper UT Real Estate have been for 39 median days on market. The median sold price reached $275,000 of which dropped 25.47 percent from $369,000 of August last year.

Currently, there are 343 actively listed homes for sale in Draper Utah of which 79 are under contract properties in the market.

Home Sales in Draper dropped in July 2011!

Last month’s home sales in Draper Real Estate didn’t show any increase for both monthly and yearly change of sales. There have been a total of 41 sold homes in Draper. Year over year change of sale dropped 16.33 percent from 49 sold homes of July last year. Likewise, its monthly change of sale went down 18 percent from 50 sold homes of June 2011.

This time, a huge percentage drop on its median sold price from $380,000 to $274,000 was also noted. Home sales have been for 109 median days on market. Draper Utah Homes gained a balance market since it had 7 months of inventory.

So far, there are 78 under contract homes in the market. It dropped from 87 under contract properties last month.

Finally, there are 350 actively listed homes for sale in Draper Utah.
