Homes for sale in Draper Utah dropped in the market last month. Based from Wasatch Front Regional MLS record, around 49 homes were sold out for the month of July this year of which went down 30 percent from 70 sold homes made during July last year. The 49 homes sold was down 20.97% from last month this year.
While the number of sold homes declined in the market, the median sold price rose nearly a percent to $380,000 from $377,544.2 of July last year. Months of inventory still remains the same to 6.52.
The number of actively listed properties for Draper Utah Homes went up to 404 of which 100 went under contract properties in the market. Probably, one of the main causes of the drastic decline of the home sales in Draper Utah Real Estate during July was the effect of the just ended home buyer tax credits where many potential home buyers were encouraged for buying homes during spring season rather than this summer.
