Year over year change of sale went up 39.13 percent  from 28 sold homes of February last year. Likewise, monthly change of sale increased 21.74 percent from 36 sold homes of January this year. Draper Utah Real Estate revealed some improvements in home selling and buying last month. A total of 43 homes have been sold out according to MLS data. Year over year change of sale went up 9.30 percent from 39 sold homes of December 2010. Likewise, monthly change of sale went up 23.26 percent from 33 sold homes of November 2011. Homes for sale in Draper Utah dropped in the market last month. Based from Wasatch Front Regional MLS record, around 49 homes were sold out for the month of July this year of which went down 30 percent from 70 sold homes made during July last year. The 49 homes sold was down 20.97% from last month this year.

While the number of sold homes declined in the market, the median sold price rose nearly a percent to $380,000 from $377,544.2 of  July last year. Months of inventory still remains the same to 6.52.

The number of actively listed properties for Draper Utah Homes went up to 404 of which 100 went under contract properties in the market. Probably, one of the main causes of the drastic decline of the home sales in Draper Utah Real Estate during July was the effect of the just ended home buyer tax credits where many potential home buyers were encouraged for buying homes during spring season rather than this summer.

The home sales made by Draper Utah Real Estate has shown some low and high end numbers during Q2 2010. Around 200 sold homes were made during the 2nd quarter of the current year of which higher by nearly 55 percent from 129 sold homes of Q1 2010 but slightly decreased 3.8 percent compared to 208 sold homes made during the Q2 of the previous year.

The median price for these sold homes of Q2 2010 went down to $310,500 from$336,900 of Q1 this year as well as drifted down from $326,000 of Q2 2009. On the other hand, the average sold price went up to $359,987  from $353,103 of Q2 2009 and garnered an average CDOM of 121. Draper Utah Homes is still on its way of recovering and developing in the real estate market. The effect of the just ended tax credit somehow raised the numbers of market sales this year.
