The 49 homes sold was down 20.97% from last month this year.

Last April 2010, around 59 homes were sold and that is 13.56 percent higher compared to March sales respectively. It's still a buyer's market since its months of inventory gained 7.86 points. Although there was an increase in the month sales but its year over over change fell down to 9.23 %.
