Home Prices were up for Draper Ut Homes for Sale this year. Around 74 homes were sold during June and August 2009 which moves up by 20.27% on its sales in the market. So far, these two months were the best months of the year when it comes to home selling.

Around 59 homes were sold during June and August 2008 which gives way to an increased sales record for this years home selling in the market. In fact, June and August were the best months as home sales have increased tremendously. During June 2009, original list price of homes sold was $385,950 and having a median sold price of about $339,000. It was in August 2009 were original list price of homes sold was $369,900 and the median sold price was $343,075. Actually, there was a little difference or disparity compared to last years data for home sale price.

In the next couple of months, it is expected that Draper Utah Homes will have a continuous increased in their home selling as the home prices will just got even better this coming year end.

As of the moment, Draper Real Estate market condition statistics update shows an increase of home sales for the month of September 2009  as compared to September 2008 data. This shows how well Draper Utah Real Estate does based from the performance home sales in September 2009. Currently homes sold in Draper Utah have an original list price of $339900. The homes median sold price currently was $317000. When compared to last year’s data of $347000 median sold price, there would be a decreased in sales price by 8.65%.

Home for Sales in Draper Utah have been edging up for the month of November 2009 compared last year of the same month in the market.

Evidences were seen on the graph below showing that home sales in Draper Utah increased by 48.15% compared last year of November 2008. There’s a dropped by 32.22% on the sales price. Last November 2009, original list price of homes  was about $299,450 and the median sold price was $253,500 in Draper Real Estate. Currently,  the median square feet size of homes sold was 3,425 for a median dollar per square foot price of $89.63.

As of now, Draper Utah Homes substantially has 406 bountiful active listings on the market, 41 of which are under contract listings. Under contract homes were on the market for 109 median days. There were a total of 54 homes sold for the month of November 2009.
