Year over year change of sale went down 10.81 percent from 37 sold homes of November last year. Likewise, monthly change of sale decreased 21.43 percent from 42 sold homes of October 2011.

Home sales had a median sold price of $310,000 of which increased 3.23 percent from $300,000 of November last year. Sold properties have been for 99 median days on market. There’s a sellers market in Draper Utah Homes due to 7.07 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 297 actively listed homes for sale in Draper Utah of which 78 under contract properties in the market.

Draper Utah Real Estate revealed some high and low numbers on its home sales for the month of October 2011. This can be attributed from its 42 sold homes in the market. Yearly change of sale went up 19.05 percent from 34 sold homes of October last year. On the other hand, monthly change of sale went down 14.29 percent from 49 sold homes of September 2011.

In terms of median sold price, numbers dropped 17.13 percent from $331,250 to $274,500 of October 2011. Home sales have been for 87 median days on market  and there was a balance market in Draper UT Homes for Sale due to 6.49 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 318 actively listed Draper Homes in Utah of which 80 are under contract properties in the market.

Draper Utah Real Estate revealed some new home sale numbers in the market last month. According to MLS record, there were 49 homes sold in Draper Real Estate market. Year over year change of sale increased 12.24 percent from 43 sold homes of September last year. Monthly change of sale slightly decreased 10.91 percent from 55 sold homes of August 2011.

 

Home sales had median sold price of $265,000. It went down 32.91 percent from $395,000 of September last year. Sold properties have been for 78 median days on market. Draper UT Homes  had a balance market due to 6.18 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 340 actively listed homes for sale in Draper Utah of which 73 are under contract properties in the market.

Last month’s home sales showed off good numbers in Draper Utah Real Estate market. According to MLS, there were 55 homes sold during August 2011. Year over year change of sale went up 29.09 percent from 39 sold homes of August last year. Monthly change of sale increased 25.45 percent from 41 sold homes of July 2011.

Home sales in Draper UT Real Estate have been for 39 median days on market. The median sold price reached $275,000 of which dropped 25.47 percent from $369,000 of August last year.

Currently, there are 343 actively listed homes for sale in Draper Utah of which 79 are under contract properties in the market.

Last month’s home sales in Draper Real Estate didn’t show any increase for both monthly and yearly change of sales. There have been a total of 41 sold homes in Draper. Year over year change of sale dropped 16.33 percent from 49 sold homes of July last year. Likewise, its monthly change of sale went down 18 percent from 50 sold homes of June 2011.

This time, a huge percentage drop on its median sold price from $380,000 to $274,000 was also noted. Home sales have been for 109 median days on market. Draper Utah Homes gained a balance market since it had 7 months of inventory.

So far, there are 78 under contract homes in the market. It dropped from 87 under contract properties last month.

Finally, there are 350 actively listed homes for sale in Draper Utah.
